What about Delivery?
Australia:
For USA and Australia, we use 3PL Fulfilment Service Partners Buy who have been carefully selected to offer the best service to our United States and Australian customers. We are also subsidizing delivery costs where possible.
New Zealand:
For delivery times, please allow 2 - 3 working days. For rural orders, allow a few extra days. Please note, that due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control these times may be extended. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and invoice. We use the GoSweetSpot delivery service. Our shipping rates start at $4.99 depending on the size of parcel and location and some rates are subsidized so please enter correct addresses. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses.
International:
International orders are shipped by our United States fulfillment and shipping partners.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

Are there any side effects?
As Turmeric Golden Paste is a whole food it is well tolerated by most people and animals. Adverse reactions are rare but could include stomach upsets like nausea or diarrhea. Always start on small amounts with food and slowly increase. If you do have any unwanted side effects, stop taking and consult your health care practitioner.
Where is Turmeric Golden Paste made?
Our products are proudly made in New Zealand, manufactured in a FDA certified. IANZ inspected and accredited human food grade facility. Even our Turmeric Golden Paste for Pets is Human food grade.
Is there any drug interactions?
Turmeric has several medicinal qualities, and may amplify the effects of other drugs, including blood thinners, diabetes, stomach anti-acids and anti-inflammatory medications. If you are taking any prescription drugs check with your health care practitioner first. Please note that due to Turmeric's anti blood clotting actions, it is best to stop 48 hours before a surgery.
How much paste should I take?
All instructions are on the packaging. Please refer to our Dosages for People and Pets pages. We recommended starting on small amounts and slowly increasing until desired results are found. As Turmeric doesn't stay in the system for long it is better to take frequently like 2 - 3 times a day (with food) rather than in one dose.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We are very confident that you will be happy with our Turmeric Golden Paste! But in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund (less shipping fees). Please contact us for return instructions.
